We send from our workshop at Cringila NSW 2502, in the Illawarra, and deliver anywhere in Australia.

Dispatch

In stock items are dispatched within 2 business days of your order. Made to order items take longer — we confirm the timeframe with you in writing before we start.

How we send

Australia Post Parcel Post, with tracking. You receive the tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is lodged.

Larger items may travel by courier instead, where that is the better option for the size of the parcel. Either way, the cost is calculated at checkout before you pay.

Postage cost

Postage is calculated at checkout from the weight and size of your parcel and where it is going. There is no flat rate, because a cushion and a large dog bed do not cost the same to send, and Melbourne and Perth are not the same distance from us.

Bulky lightweight items such as foam inserts and bean bag filling are charged by Australia Post on cubic weight rather than actual weight. That is why a light parcel can still cost more to send than you might expect — it takes up the same room on the truck as a heavy one.

Delivery times

Australia Post estimates 2–6 business days for Parcel Post within Australia, counted from dispatch. Regional and remote addresses take longer. These are estimates from Australia Post, not guarantees.

Local pickup — free

If you are in the Illawarra you are welcome to collect your order from 95 Five Islands Road, Cringila NSW 2502 at no charge. Choose local pickup at checkout and we will email you when it is ready.

Wrong address

Please check your delivery address before you pay. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or nobody collected it from the depot, we can resend it once you cover the postage again.

Damaged in transit

If your parcel arrives damaged, take a photo of the packaging and the item and email us. We will sort out a replacement or a refund and deal with the carrier ourselves.
